Our story began in the most unexpected of places: a hotel lobby.

Diana was the hotel's manager, and Jacob was a long-term guest staying there for months. From the very beginning, Jacob did everything he could to get her attention: stopping by the front desk a little too often, asking a suspicious number of questions, and finding any excuse to talk to her. He swears they were all legitimate questions… Diana still isn’t convinced.

One day, after months of building up courage (and probably rehearsing in front of the mirror), Jacob finally decided to ask Diana out on a date. The problem? Diana is not exactly a rule-breaker. But this time… she broke the rules. And thank goodness she did!

From that first date, they became inseparable. They discovered they had so much in common, complemented each other perfectly, and it became clear, almost instantly, that they were meant for each other. One of those once-in-a-lifetime kinds of matches.

Their worlds blended in the sweetest way: Jacob learned more about Peru, Diana learned more about Alaska, and somehow that unlikely combination made perfect sense. Eventually they built a home together in Texas, where they’ve created a life full of love.

And now, after already saying “I do” once, they can’t wait to celebrate their marriage again, this time with all of you.
