First step is to get a flight to Jorge Chavez International airport in Lima-Peru. No Visa is required but you will need to have your passport ready!

Note: Your passport cannot have an expiration date less than 6 months of your travel date.

Our celebration will take place at Hotel Hacienda La Caravedo, located about 4 hours south of Lima, and getting there is part of the adventure! We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this magical place surrounded by vineyards, desert skies, and the warmth of Ica.

Once you arrive in Lima, you have two options:

Option 1 – By Bus

Comfortable bus companies (like Cruz del Sur or Peru Bus) travel daily from Lima to Ica. Buses have reclining seats, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Once in Ica, we've arranged transportation from the bus terminal to the wedding venue, just let us know your date & arrival time.

Option 2 – Rental Car

If you prefer a more relaxed trip, you can arrange a rental car from Lima directly to Ica. The drive takes about 4 hours, and you’ll be able to enjoy the trip at your own pace. We suggest. Hertz Peru or using a trusted site like Expedia
